And then there were the horses…

Two horse, a white and a brown one, in one of the meadows of the Royal Crown Domain ‘Het Loo’ – I experimented further with the Tamron 16-300 mm F3,5-6,3 DiII VC PZD zoom – from tele to wide angle, from very high to shallow depth of field… I’m quite happy with the result of this little series!

Today it’s time for the third photo from the mini-series I made on the Vocational Trainingmarket in Leiden (*). This time the hands of the young girl who was kneading the bread in the photo here . I turned these photo’s into black and white and added a grain filter. I want to put them together into a collage-poster – by following my blogs you’ll be able to see the step by step process.

Another beautiful bird, photographed in Pairi Daiza, a marvellous themed zoo in Brugelette, Belgium
This red, blue and yellow parrot, the Scarlet Macaw (Ara macao), is native to humid evergreen forests of tropical South America. It has suffered from local extinction through habitat destruction and capture for the parrot trade, but locally it remains fairly common. This colourful parrot is on the IUCN list of threatened species, status: Least concern (source: Wikipedia)
